What Home Improvements have you been holding off on? People usually don't fix anything until it's an emergency or it just looks horrible. Depending on the situation it may be cheaper to fix it earlier than later. Besides having a huge project break it down to parts and take care of it one part at a time. Now I know I'm preaching to the choir with this because I got 100 projects going on at my house the same as you do so go figure.

Kitchen Remodeling

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling is a very important job because you spend so much time in both of those rooms. In my dream kitchen and bathroom they both have TVs in the right spot. Now I don't watch a lot of TV but having one in those rooms would be totally awesome to me.
